The Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Diagon Alley
The second installment to the Wizarding World takes guests to the streets of the world-famous shopping district for witches and wizards, Diagon Alley. However, this is a smaller version of the area seen in Florida, mainly because the Carkit Market has been replaced with the Ministry of Magic ride coming to Epic Universe.
When guests exit the streets of New York City, they will instantly find themselves in a small portion of London. Here, they can see the Knight Bus, Grimmauld Place, and even take the Hogwarts Express to Universal Studios. Also here is where guests can travel via floo powder to the Ministry of Magic, where they can ride the elevator ride Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry.
However, when guests go through the brick wall, they will find the lion's share of things in this land in Diagon Alley. Here, guests can dine at the Leaky Cauldron and the Fountain of Fair Fortune or do their shopping at Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, Flourish and Blott's, Ollivanders, Eyelops Owl Emporium, Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions, and Magical Menagerie. Guests can even go down Knockturn Alley and find Borgin and Burkes. At the end of the alley is Gringotts Bank, where guests can ride Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts. The ride exits into the Goblin Vault.

I wanted to have Diagon Alley, but I also wanted to expand on it. This is why I added in the Ministry of Magic, even though it's just the ride and not the area surrounding it.
